You can permanently delete your StuffBuff account and request deletion of its associated personal data at any time.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to StuffBuff.
- Open Profile.
- Select Account Settings.
- Under Danger Zone, select Delete Account and confirm.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@stuffbuff.app from the email address associated with your account. Please use the subject line Delete My StuffBuff Account. We may ask for information to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
What is deleted and what may be retained
Deleting an account permanently removes the account and private profile data associated with it. We may retain limited historical rental, payment, safety, and transaction records where necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, meet legal or financial obligations, or enforce our agreements.
Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before they are deleted or anonymized. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
